Assigned as Executive Director, he is responsible for research, public outreach, administration and financial leadership of IIEE’s operational unit. Prior to assuming this role, after finishing his doctoral program at Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE) in King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand, he joined IIEE as Research Director in April 2014. His doctoral dissertation was about Improvement of energy security by energy conservation in household sector. During 1999 to 2006, He obtained Bachelor degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering and Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.
In June 2014- April 2015, he successfully lead a cross-ministerial team consist of representatives from Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), National Development Planning Agency, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Environment, National Energy Council, and the Statistics Agency in developing Indonesia 2050 Pathway Calculator (I2050PC), a tool to explore energy, emissions, and land-use scenarios related to change in technology and activities in sectors of the economy. Previously, in 2013 he involved in the development of Integrated Energy Security and Clean Energy Model (IESCEM) to support “Background Study for the Mid-Term National Development Plan Year 2015-2019”
